Asfaw is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s stakeholders, including customers, employees, and shareholders. He works closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the company’s growth and success.

As the President and Co-Founder of the company, Mulu Endale plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and vision of the organization. She collaborates closely with the CEO and Co-Founder, Asfaw, to ensure the company’s goals are aligned and being met effectively. Her responsibilities include overseeing key business operations, driving innovation, and fostering a positive company culture. Mulu’s leadership is instrumental in decision-making processes that influence the company’s growth and success.

In supporting her business partner Asfaw, Mulu acts as a strategic advisor and sounding board, providing valuable insights and guidance on critical issues. She ensures that the CEO’s vision is translated into actionable plans and works alongside him to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Mulu’s collaborative approach helps in maintaining a cohesive leadership team, promoting synergy, and achieving the company’s objectives.

As Vice President of Operations, Teddy Tekle is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions and strategic planning of the company’s operational activities. This includes managing and optimizing internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Teddy ensures that all departments work harmoniously towards the organization’s goals, while also implementing policies and procedures that support operational excellence. Additionally, Teddy plays a pivotal role in budget management, resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance throughout the organization.

As a Business Development and Capture Manager, Bruce Sechrist is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth.
